DIGITAL MARKETING – EXECUTIVE / SENIOR EXECUTIVE

Job Title: Digital Marketing – Executive / Senior Executive

Position Summary

The Digital Marketing Executive / Senior Executive will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing the hospital’s online marketing strategy to promote healthcare services, enhance patient engagement, and strengthen the hospital’s brand presence. This role involves overseeing all digital channels, ensuring effective campaigns, and tracking performance to achieve business and community health objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Digital Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the hospital’s goals.
  • Identify target audiences for various hospital services and create targeted campaigns.
  • Plan annual and monthly digital marketing calendars in coordination with hospital departments.
  1. Website & SEO Management
  • Oversee hospital website design, content updates, and user experience.
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve search rankings for healthcare services.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date information on doctors, departments, and services.
  1. Social Media Management
  • Manage official hospital social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Create engaging, informative, and compliant posts (health tips, doctor talks, patient stories, event highlights).
  • Monitor and respond to patient queries and feedback on digital platforms.
  1. Paid Advertising & Campaigns
  • Plan and run Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid campaigns to promote hospital services and events.
  • Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and patient inquiries.
  • Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
  1. Content Creation & Marketing
  • Coordinate with doctors, staff, and designers for blogs, videos, infographics, and educational materials.
  • Ensure all content follows healthcare marketing compliance, ethical guidelines, and patient confidentiality norms.
  • Create campaigns for awareness days (World Heart Day, Breast Cancer Awareness Month, etc.).
  1. Email & WhatsApp Marketing
  • Develop patient engagement campaigns (appointment reminders, health packages, newsletters).
  • Maintain segmented patient databases for targeted outreach.
  1. Analytics & Reporting
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, social media insights, and other tools.
  • Provide recommendations for improvement based on data-driven insights.
  1. Compliance & Branding
  • Ensure marketing activities comply with healthcare advertising regulations and hospital branding guidelines.
  • Safeguard patient privacy in all communications (HIPAA or local equivalents).

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA in Marketing preferred).

Experience:

  • 5–10 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the healthcare/hospital industry.
  • Proven track record in managing social media, SEO, Google Ads, and content marketing.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console).
  • Knowledge of CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal).
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Sendinblue) and WhatsApp marketing platforms.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and storytelling skills.
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
