Full-time EMERGENCY MEDICAL TECHNICIAN
Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to emergency calls.
- Assess patients’ conditions and provide basic life-saving interventions.
- Transport patients safely to medical facilities.
- Operate emergency vehicles in compliance with safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with medical personnel to relay patient information.
- Maintain equipment and ensure readiness for emergency responses.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in emergency medical procedures.
- Physical stamina and strength.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent decision-making skills.
- Strong communication abilities.
Education and Training:
- Completion of a state-approved EMT training program.
- Certification through the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
