Job description
- Provide nursing care to patients, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities.
- Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.
- Participate in continuing education and training to stay updated with the latest nursing practices and advancements.
Qualification: – DGNM / BSC Nursing
